Vertical blinds are a window covering which gives control over the amount of light and glare through a window enabling furniture and furnishings to be protected whilst still allowing a view outside.
These blinds consist of strips of material hanging from a rail and the strips can be turned to block the sun or to give privacy, or they may be pulled aside if required.
They are usually supplied with slats of either 3½” or 5”, these the slats can be rotated through 180 degrees enabling them to be angled to stop glare or give privacy. The slats can be all pulled to the left, or to the right or split half pulling to each side.
The slats are made from many fabrics and can also be made of wood or PVC.
